Field Reservations

The Fields aboard Marine Corps Air Station Yuma are for Active Duty Military and their families. Intramurals and Youth Sports Programs have priority at all times. Retirees and Civilians, who work on base, can reserve the fields based on availability and approval from the Athletic Department. Depending on the reason for the field reservation, there may or may not be a charge as well.

The lights on the majority of the fields are remotely controlled.  Once you receive confirmation that your Field Reservation has been made, the lights will be programmed to come on 15 minutes prior to your start time and go off 15 minutes after your end time.  

Currently there are only two locations that the lights are not remotely controlled and  they are: 
Softball Field 555 and The Turf Arena at the Memorial Complex. 

Field Reservations must be made 48 hours prior to the requested date.
Special Event Reservations must be made 7 Calendar days prior to the event.

Intramural Cornhole Tournament

Free to sign up for Active Duty military members. Signup for each date NLT 1 Business Day in advance by calling 928-269-2280

Tournament Series will be as follows:

  • April 7th, 2021
  • June 23rd, 2021
  • August 25th, 2021
  • October 27th, 2021
  • December 15th, 2021 

Intramural Golf Season


Team Captain Meeting will be held Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 1130.

Golf Season begins on Wednesday April 7th, 2021. For more information call Athletics at 928-269-2383.

Softball Summer Season


Season begins: Tuesday, April 27
Games will be Tuesday-Thursdays at 6:30 & 8:00pm
