Welcome Aboard Bus Tour - Ages 10 & Older

Join Cultural Adaptation and explore downtown Iwakuni on the Welcome Aboard Bus tour. Learn how to successfully navigate the local train and bus with a guided tour focused on Japanese culture for residents new to the air station.

• Bus tours are held every Wednesday.
• The 2nd and 4th Wednesdays are for All Ages.
• The 1st, 3rd, and 5th* Wednesdays are for Ages 10 & older.

What to bring:

• Military ID
• Wear comfortable clothes and shoes 
• Yen for lunch, snacks, museum fees, and souvenirs. 
• An umbrella
