Pilatus Tateshina Snow Resort is a ski area located in Nagano Prefecture. You can take a ropeway up to the 2,240-meter-high summit. The resort has 7 courses, and the longest run is 4 kilometers, making it great for both beginners and advanced skiers.

The high altitude offers excellent snow quality and amazing mountain views from the ropeway. The resort is usually less crowded, so you can enjoy skiing or snowboarding at your own pace.
