Filiberto's Mexican Food has been in operation for over 30 years with more than 200 restaurants, originating in California and now established in Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. We have been operating our food truck for a year now. My family are the same owners of Filiberto's in the Yuma area and Wellton soon in Foothills area. We are renowned for our delectable carne asada fries and California burritos. Our food is 100% freshly made daily and with love.

Kona Ice is the shaved ice truck that brings a one-of-a-kind, tropical experience to you. Guests can flavor their own Kona Ice on our signature Flavorwave and enjoy a delicious and nutritious treat.

La Dolce Freeze
Our premium Italian ice is crafted with love and served with joy. We invite you to come savor the sweetness!  gluten and dairy free

Miss Mae's Marvelous
Hand-crafted fresh squeezed fruit lemonades, brewed teas, palmers, soft pretzels, coffees, breakfast, lunch, fresh fruit, and more. We hand-squeeze all our lemons and limes and only use cane sugar, filtered water, and ice. Seasonal: artisan hot triple chocolate and cozy warm spiced apple ciders.

Nuri's Ice Cream
We have been selling the best soft-serve ice cream for 16 years. We offer the best treats like delicious banana splits, milkshakes in different flavors, and tasty shaved ice made from various natural fruits. We also have delicious snacks like nachos with cheese, chips with cheese, tostilocos, and many more things.
