The Substance Assessment and Counseling Program (SACP) is dedicated to offering a variety of evidence-based non-medical services for individuals in the military community who are experiencing problems with alcohol and drug misuse. Services are individualized and tailored to meet the specific needs of Marines, Retirees, and their Family Members who are 18 years and older.
OUR SERVICES:
- Prevention and education (alcohol and drug briefs, 4.5-hour Prime for Life class, and other classes and workshops)
- Intake and Assessment
- Early Intervention: 16-hour Prime for Life class
- Non-medical group and individual counseling for substance misuse
- Aftercare
- Referrals to residential treatment and other programs

- Drug misuse prevention and education is provided by Drug Demand Reduction Coordinator (DDRC).
