Human Performance
Human Performance is a combination of art and science that helps people discover, achieve, and maintain an optimum state of wellness. Unhealthy lifestyles are the major cause of illness and death in our country, an enormous burden to society, and can create a negative impact on our military's readiness. By providing programs that help recognize and prevent chronic illness and avenues to change unhealthy behaviors, our Human Performance Specialist can positively impact the health and lives of those we serve.
