Group Exercise
The Fitness Center offers a variety of group exercise (GroupX) classes. Join a class or two, meet like-minded individuals, and have fun as you reach your fitness goals!
GroupX classes are free and open to all active duty, family members, retirees, DoW employees, and their guests.
Class times and offerings may be subject to change. Please see the front desk for an up-to-date class schedule.
- Bands to Bars - Improve your upper body power and strength
- Female Strength Training - Improve overall health and build a fitness community
- Yoga - Increase your mobility and strength through meditative yoga flows
- MMA - Get trained in Martial Arts to fit any lifestyle
- WARR Workouts - Burn calories and boost your metabolism, cardiovascular health, and endurance
- Sanity Session - Get stronger, move better, and exceed limits
- Strongman Training - Learn about WARR workouts to start moderately paced training and improve your strength over time
- Lifting League - Boost your confidence, master proper technique, and push your lifts to the max
