- Develop common ground with your spouse in the area of parenting
- Improve your relationship with your children
- Make parenting fun
- Be a better parent to your children
- Feel more at home in the military community
Who's Eligible
All military families expecting or with a child under six years of age are eligible to participate free of charge in all services offered.
What if we are not new parents?
Even if you have been raising your family for a few years, new ages and stages bring different challenges. Often, adding a brother or sister to the family presents a real change for everyone. The New Parent Support Program offers you the opportunity to express your concerns and ask questions about babies, young children and family relationships.
Home Visits
Parenting is tough, but so are you. Take advantage of our visitation program, which is designed to help educate and support you with any of your parenting concerns. The visits are completely tailored to your situation and can take place in your home or our office. Visitations are a great way to receive one-on-one guidance from a home visitor on topics such as:
- Pregnancy & Health - Address your concerns about the upcoming birth of your child.
- Newborn Care - Learn the basics of newborn care, feeding, bathing, burping, diapering, and more.
- Toilet Training - Methods to successfully potty train your child.
- Sibling Relationships - Introducing the baby to your children or blended family.
Workshops/Classes
This course offers expectant parents the basic information and tools needed to provide loving care for their newborn.
Join us for hands-on practice as we learn and discuss:

This is a play-based group for families who have a child 0-18 months.
You will learn how to play with your child, meet other parents, build your support group, and receive education on parenting experiences. Each week will cover a different topic and give you a chance to ask all your parenting questions.
This play-based group is designed for families who have a child 18 months to 5 years old.
Enjoy developmental play with your child while meeting other parents and building your support group. Each week will cover a different topic and give you a new chance to ask all your parenting questions.
Offered on the second and fourth Monday of each month.
This is a 4-week class that teaches parents the art of infant massage.
Infant massage has amazing benefits, such as reducing stress and improving infant sleep quality, relieving tummy troubles, promoting growth and development, and supporting bonding and attachment. This class is best for parents with infants 0-6 months old. Expectant parents may also join to learn the massage techniques.
A new class begins the first Wednesday of every month; although it is best to start with Session 1, parents can join anytime during the four sessions.
Are you or your spouses expecting? Congratulations!
