Sponsored by the J.M. Smucker Company, Quantico’s Mission: Breakfast took place on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, from 0700 to 1000 and was open to service members and their families, retirees, DoD civilians and contractors. Nearly 5,000 people attended the event at Lejeune Field. Breakfast included pancakes, biscuits, sausages, chicken products, juice, and coffee, along with vendor giveaways. After opening remarks, Marines from Quantico's Ceremonial Platoon raised the morning colors, followed by musical numbers from the Quantico Marine Corps Band, and live music performers onstage.

NBC’s TODAY Show broadcast live from the breakfast with show host and weatherman Al Roker, who posed for pictures with fans and bopped to lively renditions from the Marine Corps Band. Congratulations to MCB Quantico for joining the community in such a successful event! Mission: Breakfast Accomplished! Catch photos from the breakfast below.
